(1). Do you keep stock?

  • We keep in stock most of the products you see on this website. Check stock availability status for each product that is provided in the product page.

(2). How long does it take to deliver?

  • All products are listed with estimate delivery dates for Gauteng. A more customized estimate is displayed once you punch in your delivery address in checkout.

(3). How do I place order?

  • ADD TO BASKET > VIEW BASKET > CHECKOUT > PLACE ORDER
  • If you’re not comfortable with placing order online, send the following details (no card details) to admin@ewins.co.za or WhatsApp +27717171847 and we will create order for you after which you can do a bank transfer.

(4). How much is shipping?

  • In Checkout, the system automatically calculates your shipping fee based on the delivery address you punch in and the shipping method you choose.

(5). Can you send me pictures of the products you have?

  • We do not send pictures on WhatsApp. We have made it easy for you and for our team by listing all the products with pictures & prices on our website. The pictures are a genuine presentation of the actual product. What you see is what you get.

(6). Can we buy on credit/terms?

  • Yes you can through Mobicred. Select the Payfast payment option in checkout then choose Mobricred once you’re on the Payfast website.
