Return & Refund Policy

While we hope it doesn’t get to that, we will make the return & refund process as painless as possible if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

You have 3 days after delivery to contact us for returning an item. Returns will not be accepted if you attempt to return more than 3 days after delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Black Friday orders can not be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via Visa/Mastercard or EFT depending on how you paid. Allow up 12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping.
